The video player here on escapist wont work when i use opera, i can watch videos on other websites and i can use the escapist with other browsers. anybody have a clue?

Which version of Opera are you using?
I've used Opera for... So long now I can't even remember when I started, and aside from the odd ad glitching things out, I've never really had a problem with the Escapist video player...
Are you still using the old style Opera, (12.15 or something) or the newer one based on the same base code as google chrome? (Up to... Version 26 now apparently. Wow.)
Well... I just watched yahtzee do his usual thing just fine... Unfortunately I have a pubclub subscription, and in my experience if the video playback on this site is acting up, it's usually bugs in the advertising...
And since I don't get to see the ads...
