Need some quick help in regards to the 360 and its settings...

Hey everybody and anybody. So the short of it... Downloaded the XBox update. Went into the settings portion of the desktop, went to change the screen resolution from 480 to 1080i, and like a FUCKING idiot hit 1080p instead. Which my wonderful TV does NOT support. Yeah, I know I should of just bought the 1080p, but it was on sale. Anyhoo, SHAZAM! Screen goes black and a box that reads 'Invalid Format' is all i can get. Now I cant get a screen anywhere to change it back. Is there a way to restore the default resolution on the 360 WITHOUT using the desktop(b/c i can't see it) or do I have to find a 1080p tv to change the settings back? I found on the net that if this happens with the PS3 you just hold the power button for 10 seconds and that restarts the system from default... I hope this made sense and some one can help me PLEASE! Thanks to any and all...

Bring your 360 to a friend who has a 1080p TV.
Or you can mash buttons and hope it goes back, if you can remember which slide thing it was on.

Hope it works out for you. If this is the worst problem as a result of the update, I think it's a fairly successful release.
