I finally broke down and decided to get a Netflix subscription. The final straw was to catch up on all the Marvel series. Also, for some reason, Derek, is not available on DVD in the U.S.

So, besides House of Cards and Orange is the New Black, what other Netflix exclusive series or movies I should check out? Also, what obscure movies does Netflix have that is hard to find anywhere else that you would recommend?

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is a good comedy, and the second season is coming out soon. Also check out Aziz Ansari's show "Master of None", another good comedy

There's not much else I watch on there, I mostly use it as a Marvel watching service nowadays.

I second Master of None.

Love was decent too if you like awkward comedies with garbage human being characters.

Speaking of Netflix exclusives, I think I am going to watch the new Pee Wee movie. It got really good reviews and I grew up watching Pee Wee's Big Adventure over-and-over, so I'm hoping it doesn't suck.

Better Call Saul is brilliant, if you've watched Breaking Bad (and if you haven't, that's on there, too). It's a little slower to get going than BB, but brilliant nonetheless.

I can't decide whether I liked F is for Family.
My god, same here. Watched all the way through, telling myself after each episode that there's no way I'm continuing because I'm not enjoying myself.

Thank you for the replies so far. I am a couple episodes behind on Better Call Saul. I'm not aware of Netflix having exclusive comedy specials. So, I will definitely check those out.

I just missed video rentals. Movies that I am interested in, but for some reason didn't watch them in the theater. There were a few movies I want to check out. Just to see how bad can they be. It will be interesting to see how long I would able to watch movies like Fantastic 4 and Ridiculous 6 before I turned them off.

Ridiculous 6 is an exercise in masochism. Only watch if you really feel like losing IQ points.

As far as content worthy of streaming? There's quite a bit of good anime, if you enjoy that. I'll third Better Call Saul, also speaking of Bob Odenkirk, there's a new season of Mr. Show with Bob and David on Netflix, only 4 episodes and a making of, but I think its well worth it.
I also enjoy having the option to rewatch things like That 70's Show, House MD and other great TV shows that I loved or missed while they were on. And I definitely recommend the Marvel shows, Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Also try Always Sunny in Philadelphia if you haven't watched it. That show is on my top all time favorite comedies... Charlie Day is a goddamn genius.
Also quite a bit of good documentaries, though I can't think of any specific ones at the moment.

Thank you! I forgot about Sense8. I am a fan of The Wachowskis. So, I'll definitely check out that series.

I wasn't keen on Sense8 from the advertisements, but a friend of mine saw it and was like "You...really should watch it. There are some aspects of it that I think will hit your Glee Button (not the show Glee, just the "EEEEEE! xD" reaction button). And he was right. I think it was...episode 2, 3 at the most, before there was a particularly awesome scene, and I was like "ok! yep! This is what he was talking about! I'm on board now!" Plus, the show is actually really damn funny.

Netflix does have the original Scarface from 1932. And its still a pretty good movie with a great message for its time. It actually was banned in some states because it was labeled as a movie that glorified the gangster lifestyle. Even though its true message was quite the opposite.

And a gangster was actually afraid the movie will expose their activities to the public eye. That one confronted the director of Scarface about stopping production. The Scarface director was good at talking to people, and offered a job on the film for advice to that gang member who wanted production to stop. Which they accepted.

Breaking Bad and Fringe are awesome series. Fringe especially if you liked the X Files. I'd say it's just as good.
