"So then I was like, lol, twilight is even better when you read it to the jonas brothers playing in the backround, then I suddenenly loled!!!"

"I know, right?"

Allright, I know the acual(cant spell) saying of internet acronyms is old, but shit, what is with all these annoying new fads? The jonas brothers, I know right, and twilight(to an extent high school musical, but not so much in my age group), What the hell? Is this what the world has come to? Is this really all we have to do anymore? listen to horrible music and read horrible books? It makes me sick. What do you all thing of these modern fads?

Personally, I think they're just fads. Nothing really different about them when you compare to other fads. It's just that they're fads that you don't find appealing.

Fads are like flowers new ones pop up every so often and if you don't pay any attention to them they wither and die.

So just ignore them or scream at anyone whom indulges in said fads.

Ponder this:

At one point, a lot of the people writing on the escapist were utterly fascinated with the idea, that either:

A) There was a school of witches and wizards out there named hogwarts

B) New species of creatures existed that could be trained to fight in sanctioned UFC style battles, with elemental powers, psychic powers and more.

They were captivated I tells ya! Captivated!

At least the second one is still going

Well, I don't have much to say about 'lolspeak' in actual conversations, but...

Why is it necessary for almost every person in my school to dress with their pants like this?!

I mean, his back pockets are almost past his thighs!

It's so it's easier to stick their hands in their boxers.

I wish I was kidding. I was walking around town and I saw a guy dressed like the above picture with both his hands just stuck down his trousers.

If you hands are that cold, wear some fucking gloves.

The good thing(s) about fads is:

1) If you don't want to partake, it'll be gone next year (usually).
2) If you immediately want to partake, it's called going with the flow.
3) If a fad stays around long enough, it will catch your attention, and will allow you to get in late.

The bad thing about fads is:

1) Some of them never go away.

If you ignore them they will eventually go away, or become so obscure and lame people will cease to acknowledge them.

I think they're like pet rocks, except not cool.
nd you can't kill a pet rock, the jonas brothers are open game.
True, but I'm kinda lazy. I will allow their existence as long as they don't preform on my front lawn.
