They are building hype for announcing a release date at E3 probably. We'll probably see this game in the Fall.
Don?t have time to watch it. Tell me, does it have the same ?every single last character swears like a sailor? thing that the last one did? I thought the gameplay looked fine, but that made me roll my eyes.

Looks like it still aint coming this year ya'll. Seems they are just keeping the game in the ether, but we might be looking at a next gen release.

I was grinning hearing the voice of Geralt narrate a good majority of the trailer.
The only thing I'm paranoid about is the PC performance. I haven't been burned by CD Projekt Red, but I have been by so many other developers, even reputable ones.
Bad performance, in my opinion, can make or break how a FPS feels to play, even if the combat is otherwise finely tuned.
I'm hoping if it's strenuous, it's at least stably so. I'm getting kind of tired of framerate hitching, particularly in open world games. It's the number one reason I have so many problems trying to play Far Cry 5 again.
A well crafted visual style can still hold up even on it's lowest settings. Just take Overwatch for example. I know it's a different kind of game, but even on it's absolute minimum settings, there's still integrity to the visuals.
Obviously in an open world setting this is more difficult, as turning settings down will have to compromise with distant LOD, and pop in is likely to occur, but I've seen games handle that very well before.

The part that got me was when the narrator called the game "a mature experience" and shows the scantily clad protagonist getting out of bed after a night of sex. Slow down there, CDPR! The "mature" themes might overwhelm me.erttheking said:
