New graphics card issues

Hey guys, im wondering if you lot can shed some light on my problem.

I recently bought a Nvidia GTX 560, i installed it fine and all that, but when i get 5 minutes into a game my monitor (LG flatron E2250V) just goes blank and says "power saving mode" What the fuck is going on ?

Try unplugging the comp then holding the power button for 10 seconds then plugging it back in and turning it on.
