New Mechwarrior?

I remember seeing in Game Informer magazine and on several internet sites awhile ago, someone said they were making a new Mechwarrior game, but I have been unable to find any recent news. Anybody know anything?

The lawsuit didn't halt development from what I understand. It's just about The Unseen and if they will appear or not.

However, even with that...no there hasen't really been any news on the actual game since like 2009. Any news at all actually, not even concerning said lawsuit XD

As far as I know, it's been put on hiatus, which means we probably won't be seeing it.
