Well, 2009 is drawing nearer, and 2008 is (finally and thankfully) becoming only that of a memory...
So, what are your plans for the New Years celebrations?

Going out with mates and drinking the night away?
Quite night in alone/with loved one?
Sit on the computer all night, let off a single popper at midnight, then go back to gaming?
Or just walk around till you find people, and figure it out from there?

I myself plan on going out with mates, watching them all get drunk, and end up looking after them as always. Oh well, I at least get to remember everyone doing all the stupid things that they do. Blackmail is so much easier this way.

But I'm not interesting! What are your plans for the New Year?
That right, I'm talking to you

Sit around, ruin my liver, watch some fireworks, collapse.
Much like last year.
This.

Except I will work that night, and set off the fireworks.

Sleep. Wake up. Eat lunch. Nap. Wake up. Eat dinner. Spend the next several hours here and playing vidja games. Repeat.

Going out with a friend to see the fireworks.
Or at least I would be if she ever got round to asking her parents.
I remind her every time we talk and she still hasn't gotten round to it.

Nothing.

I spent last year having a nice romantic evening with my partner, but this year is a New Years Eve party year at my mates place. Should be fun~

Oh god, I did that in the Chesapeake Bay once, in the middle of January. You are a horrible person for trying to get Purple to do that.

NYE I'll be on the 2nd day of my 72 hour birthday/new years party. If I'm lucky, it's gonna be another 3 day blank spot in my brain :D

Okay, you can't seriously be doing nothing, can you?
Everyone has to do something!
Its a law... Or something...

Party, what else?

I've already begun toughening up my liver.
So New Years is just going to be blank for you?
I should have put a poll up
"Will you be getting off your face this New Years?"

I'm DJ'ing all night :( A major bummer since I start at 8pm and I'm not finished until 6am. I've only got one other DJ to spin with, so it's going to be a long, long night, without any drinks or other party favors :(

So, to the rest of you who will be going out, tearing it up on the dance floors, spending your entire night in a semi-memorable state of bliss, take a moment to think about the DJ's who are working long and hard all night to make your good times happen!
