New YouTube player.

So, YouTube has changed its player about two minutes ago at time of writing, to bring it up to standard with the new YouTube layout.

My question is, what are your thoughts about the new layout/player?

I liked it. The fact that the progress and options bars are not always on gives it more space for the video.

Youtube changes way to much these days, I'm sure they'll replace it with an updated version within a few months along with a new layout.

I enjoy it because there's more space available for video watching and i'm also not watching the time for the whole video.

They are changing so damn much. I hate the new layouts they have been putting out, the new profiles suck and its damn near impossible to look through a subscription and find a video that isnt top six in comments or favorites or some shit like that

i'm glad they added the shuffle option back to fucking playlists i use youtube for the music i can't find anywhere else and i don't like listening to the songs in the order they are

HMM... Its not as big a change as the layout change... Not enough for me to reeally be bothered... But I didn't like the layout change at all anyway...

Is it just me, or is the video quality a LOT worse? That video looks like crap.

I mean, the main reason I use YouTube over Viddler/Dailymotion is because the video quality is better. That's important, especially for video of sprite-based games.

Meh. I liked the last changes but now they should leave the design. It's somehow distracting.
Maybe I just need time to familiarize with it.

Why are people only getting these features now??? Am I some kind of secret beta tester I didn't even know about? I got the new layout about two and a half weeks before everyone else... And my player has been in line with it for at least a week and three days now... I'm confused and scared am I living in the future?
If so, why haven't I seen the new episode of Doctor Who yet???

youtube doesnt change all that much and when it does its usually for the better
