Newbie looking some Avengers and Ghost Rider comics to get started on

What are some good Avengers and Ghost Rider comics to get started on? I really have no idea where to start. So please comic readers, help!

I highly recommend the Essential TPBs if you want to REALLY start getting into a Marvel title. They are extremely cheap and come with tons of issues in them.

There's so many reboots and "other worlds" that I'd just suggest jumping into any that you can get your hands on. Marvel has a monthly subscription service that let's you read thousands of comics at your leisure, check that out.

I recommend getting Avengers Vol 1 from 2010 (I think it was a reboot of sorts) I'd never read the Avengers before and I understood it no problem. The cover looks like this;
