I'm usually not a big fan of renting games, but on this adventure I decided that it might be fun to play nights. You know that guy that that flys arround in the jester costume from San Francisco. Turning on the game... well Nights is now a girl... wait no they call him a boy, ok so nights sounds likes a british girl hmm ok... how does it play?

Well the game has very obvious flaws. When your playing with nights be it what ever add on the game gives you from beating levels you are basically playing a 2d side scroller with 3d backgrounds, because you only move in 2 directions at all times, either up or down, or left or right. There is no free range flight or any free range to the levels. Pretty crappy.... Is it that the wii controler is shaped like a TV remove with a attachable joystick for people to come up with a way to use it? Neat idea for a system and its selling well, but they need to do something to keep gamers happy.

The kids in the game who pair up with Nights are well.... what makes the game for 5 year olds. Full of good lessons, and why you should trust your friends and believe in yourself and you dad... and mom.... and... you can do anything with the power of your parents. You can beat god with the power of your dad... So, leaving the twisted Japanese parent complexes alone the story is... unskipable, even if your beaten it before your going to listen to the kids preach at you.

All levels are structured the same way so one you have beaten 1 world you have seen the entire game.

Boss fights are basically speed at something, and hit it (run into it, bump it).

There is a free range mode with the little kids, but its slow and blocky at best.

Nights was cute on Sega Saturn the latest installment just taints old memories.

Good thing I didn't buy it, then. I was hoping it would be good, but it is getting some suck reviews.

I don't understand why this is getting such bad reviews. I can only assume that the reviewers are blind and deaf. This game is fun. Really fun. As expected, Sonic Team rushed it out the door like every game they've made since the PS2 came out, so it lacks some polish (the wiimote function is garbage, unfortunately), but it's still really good and definitely worth buying. The music and cinematics are incredible as well.

That's too bad,
In my sega dreamcast days there was Nights advertising all over the sonic adventure games, so weh nI saw it on the shelf for wii my interest was perked. I guess it's a good thing I didn't waiste the money though. I'll just wait for the price to go down. It'll probably only take a month or so.
