given how MGS4 did this as well, they might as well have named the system "TitsAxis"
Uh, are you sure about that?
I am very sure. To the point I would bet money on it.

And I stand by my TitsAxis joke.
Please tell me were you found this out. I read through every word of the game manual and couldn't find it and a few cheat/easter egg sites. I can't find anywhere that confirms this.

Betcha ten dollars they're gonna do this with Samus in Metroid: the other M.

It's an omen of things to come.
Yeah, except Nintendo would kill them if they tried it. XD

Also, how exactly is a rigid, full-body combat suit supposed to jiggle?
Plus, I doubt the Wii's hardware allows for jiggle physics...
Never underestimate the determination of game developers...

Besides. If it can't handle proper physics, you can always resort to hand-animated jiggle. XD.

What, you mean this isn't what Zero Suit Samus was always intended for?

I kid. "Wiimote waggles" already being used for pretty much everything else, I don't see how they could shoehorn that in, whereas the laughably named (at least to me) Sixaxis is just kind of there. I hate to say it, but even as ridiculous a use for it as it is, at least it's a use.

I couldn't help but just throw my head back and laugh when I saw this. Hilarious, absolutely hilarious. Somewhere deep down in my baser instincts, far enough down that my manners are forgotten, I wanna call it a good idea, but it's too damn funny.

*wipes tears* At least they know who they're targeting.

I see no reason for this....as entertaining as it is, it`s basically putting a giant bulls-eye on the game for reviewers to pick on but hey a new feature is a new feature.

You're right, DoA only sucks because it's not a good versus game. Not to mention the boss battle at the end of every game being extremely cheap making it a bad single player game as well.
The only thing that makes the game sell is the fanservice.

I'm not saying any of those games are bad by the way. I've played and enjoyed them, with the exception of Ninja Gaiden 2. Since it's a hard game in the cheapest sense of hard, and the same 2 moves work in every situation so you may as well spam them to quickly set enemies up for an instant kill.
This doesn't mean I don't like difficulty, this means I like difficulty when it's done correctly, DMC is a lot better at that than NG2. My favorite game in terms of being punishing but fair would be the recent Dishwasher Dead Samurai on the highest difficulty.

I'm saying they're simple straightfoward action games that require little to absolutely no brain activity to play. In other words, they lack depth.

You're trying too hard to win an argument where there hardly is one.
I think your definition of complexity is too narrow. A game that presents you with anything difficult to master is a form of complexity. A shallow fighter is one where button mashing a powerful spam move wins, while a complex fighter rewards you for difficult inputs and more situational moves. The player that is aware of the game's complexity isn't as much strategically planning his attacks out than knowing what to do intristically.

I think I could suprise you with complexity in DMC and God of War you have no idea about. And while I don't really play NG much I've learned to trust a vetran of the game more than a newbie when it comes to complexity.

Seriously now...

I just imagine those developers sitting in their office, giggling their asses off when they talked about this feature.

This will either be a great or a horrible idea, depending on how they implement it. Therefore, I shall watch from the shadows and not take sides until I have experienced this for myself.

Difficulty has nothing to do with depth. By that logic super ghouls and ghosts is an extremely deep game because it is one of the absolute hardest games to beat. Various Rougelikes would also be "deep" for the simple fact that you can't save, save for once or twice!
Most roguelikes are deeper then majority of your release today. Name a modern game where you can train your pet to steal items from the shops?

Unless it generates it a big pile of money for Nintendo. In which case, they would encourage it.

Baldur's Gate 2. Sorry, how modern did you really want it? :p

No. There is no fucking excuse for this. These games are pretty much fanservice, and anyone who says otherwise will have their ass meet my foot.
Oh, lighten up, if it's just fanservice then what's the harm? Really, if anything, I'm curious as to how the boob physics work with that :p
The thing is I hate, hate, HATE obvious fanservice like this. This game is nothing but it and I hate, hate, hate, hate, HATE that.
...why?

Team Ninja are legends.

Seriously, it takes cojones to do something like that with the legal system as it is at the moment.
