This is a thread to discuss the recent announcements made by Nintendo.

A Zelda sequel to LTTP, that takes place in the same world, but with new mechanics that take the 3DS into account, like turning Link into a 2D being to solve puzzles, or layered dungeons that take the 3D effect into account. Comes out this year.

Bravely Default is announced to come out this year in EU, 2014 in the US.

- Mario and Luigi 4 comes out August for the US, and July for PAL regions.
- Mario Golf World Tour for the 3DS - Summer 2013
- Mario Party for 3DS coming in Winter 2013
- Super Luigi U, Summer 2013
- Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, May 24
- Yoshi Island's 3DS, release date TBA
- Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move - puzzle game on the eShop
- Winged Pikmin for Pikmin 3
- Earthbound available on the Virtual Console in NA and EU by the 'end of the year'
- Game and Wario, June 23
- Animal Crossing XL bundle for $219.99
- LoZ: Oracle of Ages and Seasons being released on Virtual Console, May 30
- Bravely Default, available 2014
- Professor Layton: Azran Legacies, available 2014
- The Spaceship Damrey, Bugs vs Tanks, Attack of the Friday Monsters, eShop titles
- Shin Megami Tensei IV, July 16, every copy comes with a lot of stuff
- SMTIV announced for Europe; no release date yet, but at least it's confirmed.

I'm upset at no Majora's Mask 3D. That game needs a 3DS remake more than anything.

Also, I though Link's Awakening WAS the sequel to A Link to the Past.

Link's Awakening does not take place in the exact same place ALTTP does. This game is in that same location.

SMT IV is coming in July? I thought they already said it was coming in June. Oh well.

Link To The Past 2, Earthbound, Pikmin 3, Bravely Default and SMT IV all interest me (better late than never with Earthbound). One thing I worry about SMT IV is seeing Mara in 3D O.O

Disappointed that there was no Majora's Mask for 3DS or Pokemon details but it was decent enough, I suppose.

Also
