I pre-ordered Nioh from Amazon, and they sent me multiple codes for the preorder DLC on accident.

(They sent me a code, and then their customer service department sent me a second code because they were worried I got a code that had already been used, but the first code worked fine.)

So, if you want to get the 2 nioh pre-order armors, and the PS4 theme, post down below and I'll randomly pick a person at the end of the day and PM the code to them.

Edit: code has been sent out, hope it worked.

Sounds good. :)
I love the look of the top armor especially.
Second armor is pretty sweet actually.

Decently lightweight and has a set bonus.

The helmet doesn't look great, but I've been running it with the Onryoki Kabuto Head Armor that I got with the Mark of the Strong DLC from beating the demo.

I think you can make it yourself after beating the second boss.

Does armor matter in this game?

Because I've never been a fan of Eastern-style armor. I'd prefer something along the lines of a badass longcoat.

Ohh nice, that does look good. It's been a while ago but I think I've got the DLC for beating the demo as well. I'll see when Nioh gets here.

Armour does matter to an extent. All gear is leveled, but there is a feature in the game called "Soul Matching" where you can use the level of one piece of equipment your not using and give it to equipment you are. Doing this will raise the stats and any special skills attached slightly.

I've mostly used the soul matching to keep using the few masks I've gotten a hold of, cause fairly quickly, it becomes incredibly expensive. I just made it into the 4th section of levels, so my equipment is in the 45-53 range, and it costs well over 100k gold to soul match a single piece to an appropriate level.

As for when it comes to long coats, I haven't come across anything more 'coat-y' than something that's in the second picture of the first post, so that's kinda sad.

Hi!

I lost the opportunity to pre order this amazing game. Now I'm really sad to not have these armors. Please need one of these codes.

Thanks a lot!

So that's the preorder armor, eh?
Already got the Sanada Yoshimura red armor that came with the game, but by the end of the first region, I all ready have a full Muneshige Armor and weapon set (Thank you revenants and muneshige for letting me beat you so many times)

The stats matter the most though, the loot is like Borderlands loot, where even the same weapon with the same rarity has different stats modifier. Rarity only affects how many of them are in that weapon, so a white-common weapon doesn't have many stats compared to purple-rare ones.

Since soul matching exists you can literally level up your first weapon. And like maybe you "found" a long coat but it has bad stats, you can just "refashion it". You can change an armor that you think that is ugly but has godly stats to look like something that you like.

There's no real point in soul matching armor unless the armor had a set bonus, since you can just refashion any armor to look like any other armor.
