I think the main villains of the franchise take priority over secondary factions.

I don't know, Dark Elves, Undead, and Greenskins can be just as dangerous.

I mean the Empire of Man was founded by the common enemy against the Greenskins.

This isn't about danger levels. Chaos are THE bad guys of the setting. And they're not in the base game.

True, the End Times did happened, I just hope Daemons will be a core faction for Game 3 and not behind a DLC paywall (Even though I would begrudgingly buy it anyways because Blood for the Blood God)

Assuming you're using Steam, you can just pre-order, get Norsca, enjoy them (or not) and when TWW2 releases, try out a bit of the game and refund it if you don't like it. You can always just re-buy Norsca for the original game if 2 wasn't up to your standards but you liked the faction.

Eh. Just got done uninstalling TW:WH. A new faction being dangled about as pre-order bait isn't going to entice me back.

They are gonna combine both campaign maps into one later on so its still a win win

All campaigns go the same way in TWWH (regardless of difficulty setting).

no they're not. thought they can't settle every where. mainly in norsca + coastal settlements and special settlements(Altdorf, castle drakonhof,...etc).
