Nostalgia purchases

Recently, nostalgia got the better of me and I went out to buy a used N64 so I could play a lot of my old games, my old one broke, and it got me thinking what are your experiences with this?

I don't have any experience with the N64 specifically, but I did recently find an old PS2, and I've been playing old games, like Shadow of the Colossus. I also bought Total Annihilation at a store yesterday, it was only $4, and I wanted the CD.
