I hate the threads where all you get is a link someone's copy & pasted, with no actual discussion.
I can't honestly say that I hate any particular kind of thread, except for rant threads. All threads have potential, but it's just hard to be incredibly creative. I am willing to bet that most people don't come up with certain threads simply because they saw a similar thread and thought that it was a good idea. They just wanted to make a topic they felt needed to be made. As long as there's discussion value, I'm usually OK with it.

It has no meaningful discussion value and inevitably gets hijacked by trolls and/or pointless circular arguments.
