So yeah, Black and White have been out for a few months now, and everyone has grown to accept the pokemon as just part of the gang.

So Escapists, what are your favorites of the new Pokemon generation?

Mine have got to be Maractus, Haxorus and Chandelure.

After looking at those three, it finally clicked why I'm not such a huge fan of the new Pokemon...

... they look too much like Digimon


With that said, I actually think Hydreigon is a pretty kick ass D... Pokemon.

This. All in its family. I love ghost pokemanz, and just happen to love light sources, too. I crashed my Xbox with my collection of pretty much all the torches, candlesticks and lanterns in the game on Morrowind. XD

Also, Golurk:

I am so happy there is finally a golem pokemon like this.

Also, Galvantula is a pretty great pokemon aesthetically, though it really does look a lot like a digimon sort of thing now that that's been brought up.

And of course, the fact that there is now a terrier is amazing. If only it had a first-gen incarnation... I wouldn't have had to pretend my dog was a growlithe. XD

I also like the Candle pokemon that becomes a chandelere.

It may sound odd, but I warmed to my little subseeder after it singlehandedly defeated like eight Plasma grunts in a row.
