When you are building a structure in minecraft,do your rooms need to be symmetrical? Like, you rooms have to have equal widths or dimensions.I always find the need to do so, is it just me?
My subway tunnels are, except for stretches where they run through natural caverns, 3x3 and finished entirely in smooth stone, with torches inset into ceiling nooks every 5m.
/rebuilding the world and making it tidy, one block at a time...
Very yes. Every time I see two lily pads too close together, a sheet of snow missing from a block, a floating chunk of dirt, or an overhang that's a little too straight I drop everything and rush over to correct it.
I build as needed, much like my Dwarf Fortresses. Build a room to accomodate crafting and storage, expand into living room, build more luxuries after that. They could be above, below, attached or dangling by a thin stone tube in pods. I really am a slightly psychotic builder.
