Here's the solution to your problem: Don't watch it.

This "classless party culture recorded for reality TV" thing is a fad. These people will get old or overdose on steroids. People will get bored of watching them. I know this means there's another Real World ripoff of a terrible subculture waiting around the corner (maybe Juggalos) but that too will get old. Just ignore this shit.

And if anyone wants to emulate that stereotype "ironically", then they are doing exactly what the people on Jersey Shore do. Propagating a stereotype to garner attention.
