Okami HD Coming To PS3!

It had just been announced that Okami is getting an HD remaster which is coming out for PS3 in Japan with Move support. So far no word on whether it's coming out anywhere else yet.

This might finally persuade me to get a PS3...

EDIT: Further info has been released. The game is coming out worldwide this autumn on PSN for $20. Both normal controllers and Move are supported.

Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit! Ditch the Move support and simply gimme an Okami with a little bit of HD slapped on here and there and I'll be happy. In fact, I don't even need an HD slapping, just gimme the game.

i have never tried the game so as long as it doesn't require the move to even be played i might get it

Honestly I would buy this but considering how a good amount of Capcom's other HD rereleases have gone I'm going to wait a week or two and see. That is if they bring it outside Japan.

Ive always wanted to play this but if it needs move im going to have to pass. What is with PS3 and XBOX 360 both releasing good looking games that need their move/kinect. I just wish they would realize that there are gamers out there that just want to play a game and not flail around trying to play a game.

Um it doesn't need the Move. They just added support for the move.

I was wrong it seams it was on the Wii as well. Wikipedia is awesome.

Fair enough, for some reason I thought it came out for Gamecube as well. Clearly I was wrong =P Makes more sense now.

Well I was kind of wrong as well. It came out on the Wii if Wikipedia is to be believed. Anyway I might pick it up never got it the first time.

What kind of TV were they playing on in the comparison? It never looked that bad, but I'll get this but not at full price. Capcom tends to be extremely lazy when it comes to HD and I can't justify buying a game I already own for that much.

Already have this for the Wii, but hey, I love it enough to get it on the PS3 too, good to see that it isn't PS Move exclusive
