Nostalgia is a man's closest friend in times of trouble. With the rise of cartoons like 'Adventure Time' and 'The Regular Show', what old cartoons do you miss the most? How come?

Would you want them to be re-aired?

Wacky Races were cool, and the Stop That Pigeon spin-off as well; but, my favorite old one was Pat&Mat.

The incarnation of DIY, where D stands for "Doom", as opposed to "Do". Plus, these two dudes are indescrutible and there's no way they're going to give up.

Well, another one I liked and recently re-watched was Gargoyles. I quite liked He-Man too.

DOUBLE YES! I just love Stop The Pigeon - it even has the bestest theme song. So addictive - I occasionally hum it even years later

So, stop the pigeon,
stop the pigeon.

Stop the pigeon,
stop the pigeon.

Stop the pigeon,
stop the pigeon.

Stop the pigeon,
Awwww.

:p

What else...hmm, Tom and Jerry I can watch at any time, Dexter's Laboratory was cool, I really loved The Pink Panther, I didn't really watch a lot of Freakazoid! (I think I had a weird clash of times...or something) but I liked it a lot, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy was also one I liked a lot (the Evil portion of the show was more meh, though).

How could I forget about THAT I have no idea, was one of my favorites too, with its goofy relax-o-vision, and crazy villains. Just tossing a mandatory Candle Jack reference because that's just something you can't leave unsa

I miss Kim Possible, Ed Edd and Eddy, Doug, Hey Arnold, Rugrats...I think those are the main ones. Other series, like Avatar the Last Airbender and Teen Titans, I own of DVD so I can watch them whenever. I think there were others, but those are the ones that stick in my head the most.

As for what I watch now, just My Little Pony, Phineas and Ferb, Legend of Korra, and Gravity Falls. All of which are currently on break. I miss my cartoons... :-(

I miss the Nickelodeon cartoons. Rocko's Modern Life, Angry Beavers, Doug, Hey Arnold, Invader Zim... well, don't really miss 'em since I can watch most of them whenever I please by the power of the internet. I guess what I miss is coming home from school, having chocolate milk and throwing myself in front of the TV?

Scooby Doo where are you?
Captain Caveman

Cartoons which age well include Tom and Jerry and Looney Tunes stuff (especially roadrunner). But remember, these cartoons were shown in movie theaters of the day, for adults!
