Now that Critical Miss is back again, I'd love to hear some particular comics from the Dark Ages before it left the first time that Escapists love. I'm actually reading them from the beginning for the first time and I find it downright terrifying just how many of the comics from eight years ago are still perfectly relevant after all this time.

Case in point...

This is actually much less of an exaggeration now than it used to be.

There was one I remember from around the time the Xbone was announced that had no dialogue and was just the presenter spontaneously bursting into flames on stage.

It amused me.

I believe that is supposed to be Don Mattrick...

FUCK DON MATTRICK!

He wanted the Xbox One to be even worse than it was. Unsurprisingly, he also was involved with EA and Zynga... Nothing this guy touches is ever good.

He left Microsoft after getting mad that people didn't like Xbox requiring to be always online and wanting to be able to buy used games, so when Xbox backtracked on some of that, they also gutted for a time many actually good features, and then he left in a huff to Zynga.

And then he messed with Zynga's best selling game (Zynga Poker), and, unsurprisingly, it flopped. Don Mattrick has the Midas touch: everything he touches becomes inconsumable.

Oh yeah, I remember him now.

Weird looking back and seeing how long ago this was... I feel old.
