Anyone know a game like Skyrim, but able to play online (don't recommend ESO), where you are just able to do anything you want. Not bound to quests, able to explore the world, hunt, cook, craft, but without the feeling that you're doing nothing. For example the fact that you can just walk into a tavern and do your thing. Talking (not only to NPC's), maybe a bar brawl or something.
