Origin Terms of Service

Hey this is just a quickie regarding the Origin TOS.

Does anyone know if the TOS is automatically 'activated' shall we say if EA switched my EA account over to an Origin account?

If so, I would like to know so I can deactivate it.

Normally, I would just google search but I am honest in saying I can't find anything.

All EA accounts will be force-switched to Origin accounts soon anyway so.... Yeah, you'll be agreeing to some bullshit one way or another.
