I would've thought the other way around, myself, since the servers didn't crash when they gave away the Fallout games (at least from what I remember; I didn't spend every waking minute on the website but had no problem claiming them myself still pretty early in the deal).

But yeah, this is pretty cool. I've never played Dungeon Keeper and I don't know how long it'd take before I get around to having a free enough backlog to get to it, but free games!

Depends on who you ask, I guess. Or maybe they learnt from that, because I couldn't access the site at all when they were giving away the Fallout series (until the site managed to stay up long enough for me to claim them), while I have no problems accessing it now.

I doubt they ever will though Sad if you think about it, they are basically too good hearted for most publishers to take them up (I mean really, will EA or Activision ever support a digital storefront that lacks DRM, or actually cares about gamers for that matter?)

I'm glad to see they're knee deep in the indie scene though! Hope the developers are getting tons of sale through them, just to prove a point mainly but also because most of those guys deserve it of course.

EA will probably find a way to spin it to their advantage.
