EDIT: Ok, had a quick look at about 20 of them. I am happy to say that the dungeons and caves look really good and varied this time round. Same thing goes for the world in general.

I cant wait until the 11th.

There is one minor spoiler about an in game enemy. As for story or plot, none.

It's not illegal to buy a game early. It's a dick move (especially on the part of the seller, who could probably be sued) but it's not illegal.

Anyway, they are most certainly taken from the leaked version of the game. Skyrim has actually been leaked in case you didnt know, but only the xbox version.

Is there some big difference between the xbox and ps3 version?

God.. I just... I can't do it. I want to. My cursor is hovering over the link... but I just can't bring myself to pressing it.

SO MUCH of this game has been spoiled for me - so much that I never EVER wanted spoiled. It's not just story plot (frankly, with how little they've released, there's so much content I know I don't know about that it'll be fine).

But several of the pictures contained interesting geographic points I would have rather seen on my own.

so I won't look... but maybe after... maybe I'll remember to look or see them later.

Either way... it's just 3 days.. JUST THREE DAYS! and I'll be there.

Well some reviewers to have it, one review was posted yesterday. I saw a form about it, and read it. But from what I hear, and from the language in the review, even the reviewers only had access to a limited portion of the game. So even though the review gave it a 9.5/10 I think that number may change as reviewers get to sink their teeth into the entire game.
So yes and no.
As for somebody getting their hands on the entire thing early illegally; I think we would have heard about it if that had happened.
