Previously, the number of times you could crouch-spam was limited only by the speed of your input (or input device). But now they've put a deliberate limit on how many times you can crouch-spam per second, (specifically, twice per second or thereabouts).
Theoretically, this change has been implemented to stop people from incessantly spamming the crouch button and abusing it to avoid being headshotted, (works remarkably well with zero-suit D.Va for instance, who already has a hitbox the size of a pinhead).
But, - far more important than throwing off people's aim - is teabagging people, am I right? With this update, teabagging is no longer going to be quite so vigorous, what a shame...
