'Pay it Forward' was a film about this little kid, and he does 3 people favours, and to pay off the moral debt each of them do it. so one gangster gets helped by someone, then he forces the doctors to treat a sick girl before him (he got shot).
then the kid gets stabbed standing up to a bully.
