PC Games without Digital Releases

I know the number is shrinking by the day, however, I know many games, even ones people deem great, still haven't seen digital releases. I want to collect games in general, but as for PC specifically, I'd rather start with games that I can't get digitally, more sensible to me.

So basically, are there any worthwhile games you're aware of without digital versions, or a solid resource that I can use to find them on my own? Haven't had any luck personally with the latter so far.

Still no No One Lives Forever 1 and 2, Quarantine 1 and 2. Whoever owns the rights is blocking No One Lives Forever so we may never get that, Night Dive Studios has tried.

Alien Vs Predator 2
Agree. It a remarkably good game. Still to this day and boot it up and play the first level of the predator and the marine campaigns. I think they are absolutely amazing. The start of the alien campaign is also really good, but the first level (as a facehugger) and second level (as a chest buster) aren't really as good as finally getting to play as a xenomorph, and since I don't feel like playing those two for the third one, I skip that campaign.

Other games:
Second Sight - rather awesome, unfortunately, it's nowhere to be found online.

EDIT: damn, pressed Post, too soon. Anyway:

Freelancer - I am stunned at how good this game was and still is. I last played it few years ago and it was still really, really, really good. There is only one problem with it - the story. Not that the story is bad...well, it's nothing that good, but still, the problem I have with it is that you're forced into it. You get some amount of freedom between main missions where you can be a trader, or a bounty hunter, or just taking random contracts, or explore and scavange or whatever you like but eventually you have to go to the next main mission and do whatever you're told. When I replayed it, I remembered about this but though "Oh, it couldn't have been that bad - I'll finish it quickly and then go off and just fly around and do whatever I like". But unfortunately, by the time I finished the main story, I felt burned out. There are mods and stuff that allow you to skip the story and go truly free which I'd recommend if you just want to fly around. However, at the same time there are now a lot of space flight games, so Freelancer isn't really that "unique" any more.

Black & White - hey, I rather liked the games. The first one I didn't finish because I upgraded my OS and...it stopped working. The second one had a similar fate - I might have upgraded my video card and broken it, though, can't remember. I do recall it was bizarre that it just ceased to boot. I don't even have the CDs any more. Anyway, I'd be interested in playing either or even both of them but...they aren't online :(

If you would have asked me about a year ago, I would have had a decent sized list, but it seems with sites like GOG and publishers like Night Dive Studios most of what I wished for is being granted.

Turok: The Dinosaur Hunter
Turok 2: Seeds of Evil
Star Wars: Rogue Squadron
Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire

I've always hoped for the digital version of Metal Gear Solid, but I think it's pretty much impossible at this point.

Maybe the Mechwarrior games? Is that available digitally yet? I've never seen it if it is.

MechWarrior 4 went freeware at some point. Can't remember if the other ones were, though. If I recall correctly, both Mech Commander games are also free for download.

Freelancer! That IP has been sat on for over a decade now -.-

Also, are Starcraft and Broodwar available digitally? Time to check that out. I had to go hunting for my old cds for my recent install.

I have Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire on GOG. It's on sale for $3.99 right now, normally $5.99.

Oh, I appreciate the heads up, but I should probably clarify my post. My list is of games that I originally wished for but I know have already had releases.

Thank you anyway though.

There's an old FMV (full motion video) game I want to get (again) called "Ripper" (I have the originals CDs, but there are too damaged, use CD cases people). There have been a lot of FMV games show up on GoG and Steam the last year. I'm hoping that Ripper isn't far behind.

I still keep Crimson Skies and a few others kicking around for precisely this.

Stubbs the Zombie: Rebel Without a Pulse

Anyone remember this wonderful game? Maybe I'm looking back at it with rose tinted glasses but man was it one helluva great zombie action adventure game where you for once get to play the zombie and spread the plague instead, and all this wrapped snuggly in one big love story transcending the barriers of life and death, while also being corny as all hell.

I ultimately managed to make images out of my old disk copy right before it finally kicked the bucket so I technically still have it but it would be neat seeing it hit GOG or so. Would buy it in a heartbeat.

XIII, the comic book FPS with David Duchovny and Adam West. I actually find it mediocre now, but it was worth my time.
It used to be available in GoG.com, Steam & Gamersgate.com but after Ubisoft lost the rights it was made unavailable, I still can download it whenever from my GoG.com account though.

The games Second Sight and Re-Volt have pretty similar stories too, as in they used to be available but now they are not, though in the case of Re-Volt it was due to legal issues because they used a fan-made patch to get the game running on modern systems without the authorization of its developers.
