I was playing Fallout 2 the other day for the first time and I came across a quest where you had to assemble a robobrain named... Skynet...
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Skynet

I know it's a reference to Terminator.
Plagiarism sounds cooler, though.

Did you guys find any other references in any of the Fallout games?

It's not plagiarism, it's referencing.

I don't think anyone at Bethesd actually went: " Oh yes, the Fallout universe is totally original and never took inspiration from any other work of fiction ever, all the stuff in it was originally created by us."

The Fallout games are so jam packed with references that trying to list all of them is futile. All the references are purposeful and are a part of the game.

For example...

Fallout 3 the quest called "the replicated man" refers to the replicants in the book "Do robots dream of electric sheep?"

Most fans of the Fallout series dislike Fallout 2 because of the ridiculous number of pop-culture references.

You have just named one of many examples.
See the [a href="http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_series"]Fallout Wiki[/a]

[blockquote]However, it also included several questionable changes to the game world, including significantly more pop culture jokes and parodies. [/blockquote]

I think the side-quest Those is supposed to be a reference to a film called Them.

I'll try to find a link...
"a link" [http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Those!]
If you cant be bothered to look for yourself the here you go...

This quest was inspired by the 1954 SciFi horror film Them! A story about early New Mexico atomic tests that cause common ants to mutate into giant man eating monsters. The heroes of the film burned the ants to death. A tagline for the movie was to "Shoot at their antennae!"

Fallout 2 was created by Interplay

I know that, and if anything, that proves my point even more!

You think FallOut is bad, try World of Warcraft. Mario, Luigi, and Link are even in that game.

Fallout 2 is a parody game, it never took itself seriously. It even had the Monty Python knights in it. There are HUNDREDS of pop culture references in Fallout 2.

Only Fallout 3 was Bethesda.
