"We're excited to announce that PlayStation Now is making the jump to Windows PC. The app launches overseas in parts of Europe soon and will come to North America shortly thereafter.
This will bring a wide selection of PlayStation exclusive titles to Windows PC for the very first time, including entries in the Uncharted, God of War, and Ratchet & Clank franchises, as well as beloved PS3 games like The Last of Us and Journey. Current subscribers have a new way to access PS Now?s library of over 400 games, and the PC app provides a new way for even more gamers to discover and play the service."

Which games you want to play now or in the future?

Disgaea 4, The Last of Us, El Shaddai for starters for me and then maybe......Persona 5?
Yes, I own a PS3, but come on, I am PC boy most of the time.

That's a pretty expensive sub for a majority of games I'll never play. There are only like five PS3 games I want to play again, now that my PS3 is long dead, which I'm not buying again. Streaming games also sounds terrible, with the signal having to go to the server and back. I'll just continue to stick with PC games. I don't remember the last time Sony impressed me.
With all honesty, having a good job in my part, I can give away some euros to enjoy games which I can buy them to play them on PC.

I think it is smart honestly. It introduces the most stubborn PC fans access to the PS3 exclusives library. This is a bigger library for PC users than XBox's. Whom Microsoft recently announced is no longer doing exclusives on Xbox but rather are bridging fully to PC. Which they risk no loss because Microsoft pretty much owns the PC scene. Sony risks losses by doing the same move but this does offer a sort of PC advertisement of try it before you buy in to see what the fuss is about. If you spend $40-100 you can get the service for a few months and check out any PS3 exclusives you haven't yet but would like to see.

At that point I would just recommend you buy a cheap PS3 if you like what you see and want more. Or PS4 depending on what exactly you are wanting more of. But even in that scenario Sony still attained a net gain. I don't see this offering much long term for PC users, but I also doubt it is meant to.

PS3 games on PC = Thumbs up.

If I could play Demon's Souls, Journey, Okami, Metal Gear Solid 4, Drakengard 3, Kingdom Hearts HD 5.7603 ReTooled Mixes and whatever other random titles I've got flying around natively on PC, I wouldn't even bother holding onto my PS3 anymore.

Streaming games = Thumbs down.

If the games even run as well as their normal PS3 versions, I'll be surprised. But then, I don't have the internet for streaming practically anything, so I'm kind of automatically disqualified. But that's still not... native PC, so kind of a huge shame. I'd love to see all of these games actually ported over to PC, but streamed? Eh.

This is awesome, provided that it runs without problems. There can be no hitches, no fps drops, no connection issues and no noticeable input lag. If they can deliver that then the price for 3 months subscription isn't that bad.

Knowing it is not playing it by download them but by streaming them, i can see maybe it will have a share of problems.
That why even if I say i will definitely will pay for a subscription, i will wait first for the first reviews.

I am lucky enough that my internet is currently good enough to handle the streaming in theory but the input lag is what would concern me, and a ?14.99 a month for the privilege (ignoring the trial period) it is a bit much. I've used in home streaming using the steam link and that works very well on my network with minimal lag for steam games and emulated games with Rocket League being so far the only exception but that is on a local network and not reliant on the stability of my isp or Sony's servers. Also I still have my old launch PS3 if I want to play any old Playstation games so unless that dies on me I doubt I would have any reason to take advantage of this at present.

I do wonder who they imagine the target for this. The PS3 and it games are also quite cheap now it would probably be more affordable and a better experience to go that route, saying nothing of grey area of emulation (though I think a reliable PS3 emulator is a while off). To me they're going after people who can afford the fast internet required and who currently do not own or do not want to own a PS3 but want to play PS3 games. That is quite a niche market I think.

I am interested in where this could go. With this and Xbox One games coming to Windows 10, PC is becoming a sort of secondary market for the current consoles. A situation where I could pay to play any console game legitimately on PC would be my ideal, it would save me a lot of space under the TV... so many wires. Probably never going to happen but I can hope.

Twenty bucks a month and forty five for three?!

Ooph. For that kinda money I'd be better served just buying a PS3 and the specific games I wish to play. The "convenience" of streaming them to my PC isn't really worth that sort of dosh.

I tried PS Now on my PS4 a little while ago and it worked fine. Play a bit of GoW: Ascension's multiplayer and I did okay. Saint's Row 2 and Ninja Gaiden Sigmas 2 worked great, too.

If your internet is good enough it actually seems to be a pretty solid service, I just wasn't gonna use it enough to justify the sub cost but as far as controls go, it was solid. No noticeable lag for me.

Rather than trusting reviews, activating the 7 day free trial and trying for yourself might be better.

Because of the heavy reliance on network infrastructure reviews aren't very trustworthy in this case. Someone reviewing hooked up to, for example, Google Fibre could probably play games without a hitch while your average Joe on the 12th floor of his apartment building doing YouTube reviews might have trouble with the service.

For example, I was in the European Beta on PS4 back in April, I played through Killzone 2, bits of Killzone 3 and The Last of Us and a part of Sly Cooper Thieves in Time and I can't say that I had any problems with the service.

I think I'll pass. There is no way I can play enough hours each month to justify that monthly price (unless they have Demon Souls).

EDIT: Wait... Tokyo Jungle!? STFU and take my money!!!
