Excel Saga is pretty good, it parodies just about every single thing you can think of so there's bound to be something you like in there.

Nichijou, Daily Lives of Highschool Boys (which are basically the same series except with different genders by different studios...), Lucky Star and Sket Dance are the ones that come to mind... the last one was an ongoing on done by some of the same guys that did Gintama (there's a crossover in ep26 or thereabouts).

They've already been mentioned but Cromartie High School, Sket Dance and Nichijou are great choices. Also here's a quick Nichijou clip and my own reason for watching the show.



Also Kill Me Baby is another anime I would suggest.
