Also, I do hope the whole "black white hur must be racist hur hur" trend that's started doesn't explode too much. Way too many games are getting acussed of racism for stupid things - well okay, Resi 5 and L4D2 off the top of my head... but that's still way too many.

Besides, the games are Japanese. They're neither black nor white :/

I cannot wait for the new generation. Generations 1 and 2 were classics. The games, as well as the show classic. Generation 3 came out eventually. Good pokemon, with a slightly diffrent feel. However, this is when the anime went downhill with boring plots and new voice actors. Generation 4.....terrible. EVERYTHING ABOUT GENERATION 4 IS TERRIBLE. Either way, I love the first 3 generations so I havent lost hope in the franchise. I love pokemon and I really hope that this one is good.

I´ve seen a few screenshots from these over at Serebii.net. So far I'm not really impressed, I don't like the 3D they're adding to the game and the player characters look as stupid as the ones from D/P/Pl. Let's see what they're gonna do gameplay-wise and Pokemon-wise before I make up my mind.

Five bucks says they're introducing a Light-type.

Huh, I wish I had a D.S.... And something that's like Mightyena, or absol,or houndooms or more evees. But the new one's don't look half bad so far.

And make more evolutions of the original 150, save them some thinking.

Other then that, If I get a D.S. Pokemon black/white/grey/oreo/prison shirt

One of the starters will be some kind of a dog.

Team Noire for Black, Team Blanc for White, if there's two teams, otherwise, something to do with Celestialism. (My guess is probably that the game decides to go a heaven/hell routine, which brings us to...)

White mascot being some type of Angel-mon, while the Black mascot is... SATAN-mon.

At the most, three more Eveelutions, probably Ghost(Ethereamon?), Rock(Terramon), and if they are bringing in a new type, that.

im still holding out hope that they announce the games are comming out for the 3ds at e3. it would make perfect sense since weve already read stories on this site about how the 3ds is in the hands of the pokemon company. that story was posted before we even knew the system was going to be 3d. plus there has never been two generations introduced on one hand-held before. im still hoping that they stick to that formula.

it would also be possible for them to release the first to versions of the ds and then the third on the 3ds. that wouldnt be nearly as cool though and still wouldnt fit the formula.

Id say that the fourth one is the pot eveolution only evolves with pot ppe item
