pokemon types

so what what is your is your favourite pokemon type(s) and why? also what type mix would you like to see and why?

1. Ghost poison is close but ghost gets it for the fact it has the better pokemons (and one of my favourites, dusknoir) and the moves they learn can be used for some very creative and powerful tactics.

2. poison/steel when I made up a pokemon I gave it this type and then I checked it and it had
10 resistances
1 immunity
2 weaknesses (ground and fire)
4 normal damage
which makes it a great type mix also how the pokemon could look has some awesome possibilities.

Giratina is Ghost/Dragon. He's in Pearl, Diamond, and Platinum

As far as my favorite types I usually enjoy a variety but I usually keep at least the three basic elements in my team.

My favorites tend to be Grass, like Turtwig and Bulbasaur.

I want to see Yanma get another evolution, to become a Bug/Dragon type. I think it'd be nifty.

I like water types. They always seem the most versatile to me.
Well, they did in Pearl, anyway. And by "they", I mean my Floatzel. My Floatzel was badass. Took out half the Elite Four by herself.

Way to create a pokemon with a 4x weakness to earthquake, the single most common attack.

Sorry, big ground fan. Especially Water/Ground. even with a 4x weakness to grass, it covers itself well.

I know but the one I made up had a base defence (and special defence) of 140 which is extremely high and a very high base hp(though average attack stats and his speed is extremely low so he will always attack last you know for balance) means that even with the 4x weakness it could survive 2 hits f earthquake and it has 10 resistances and 1 immunity so over all can stand his ground. also if you want to know more details about my pokemon just ask I am always happy to hear reviews of my ideas so I can improve them.

Poison. I don't think there's a better defensive type in the game. Besides, we've got toxic. I'd like an fire/poison hybrid. That would be awesome.

Probably fighting, I love the idea of a Pokemon just completely ignoring magical attacks and instead kicking the living shit out of the other Pokemon. I also like to imagine in my head how a battle would play out. There's Bulbasaur, firing magical leaves, and there's Machamp, just smashing the fuck out of it until it's just a bush on the floor, bleeding to death, all of its gimpy legs broken and face barely recognisable, the trainer holding it in his arms screaming to the sky "WWWWWWWHHHHHHYYYYYYY". Hilarious.

Ice, Ghost and Electric are also some other favourites.

I go for a nice mix. But if I had to, most of my Pokemon are poisonous...so....poison...

My favourite types are-
Rock (Only because some of my favourite Pokemons like Aggron and Tyranitat are rock type)
Psychic (they have great special attack stats)
Dark (to counter Psychic Pokemons)
Dragon (very powerful)
Ground (I like their effective/weakness stats)

As for new types mix, I would like them to use all the remaining combination not created yet (B/W had created new types like that ghost/fire and the pure flying and dragon Pokemon).

Dark, Dragon, Bug and Ground are my favorite types. Dark is badass, Dragons are rare and really powerful, Bug has Scyther and Heracross among others and Ground has Diglett... I <3 diglett

I want to see Yanma get another evolution, to become a Bug/Dragon type. I think it'd be nifty.

Still Bug/flying but it's called Yanmega so it is win.

Psychic closely followed by Ghost. Usually have my team consist of an Alakazam and a Gengar and sometimes a Xatu depending on the version.

Dragon is always legendary, however steel and rock are simply the shiz when it comes to defense.

their are two dark ghosts and they are over powered as dark ghost means it doesn't have any weaknesses.
