After Minneapolis moved to stop no-knock warrants to prevent tragedies like this, MPD goes out of their way to get a no-knock warrant and execute it, murdering someone who amounts to a bystander in all this after kicking him out of bed and shooting him.

Aaah, no knock warrants are actually lockpick and shoot warrants? That's a rather weird concept I am happy we don't have

If they knock, they might not get the chance to shoot someone! Look at the MPDs face and tell them that they don't get to execute a sleeping man...

Adding "sleeping" to the list of things black people can't do in the US without getting murdered by cops. It's a long list.

You should be able to gun down any number of cops that enter your home without at least announcing themselves. Morally speaking.
A few years ago in Texas a judge agreed with that, IIRC. I believe the civilian was white, of course.

Though, in that case I think they were supposed to identify themselves as police, but didn't, so it was a procedural thing as well.

a "no-knock warrant" is essentially a declaration of war against whoever inhabits the place to be "searched".

"He lived by the gun, he died by the gun." Says a guy who owns a weapons store. I guess that makes it okay if he gets shot someday?
Oh no, he's white. Brown people "own guns" and commit gun violence. White people don't "own guns", they nobbily and patriotically take advantage of their second amendment rights and participate in second amendment remedies.
