Good legs are hot and high heels can exaggerate them. Are heels themselves sexy? I don't think so but some people love shoes.

For me, no. A personally think too many girls over wear them, I mean I've seen girls wear high heels to freaking classes, it's like common...really? I honestly think guys notice it a lot less than girls think we do. Plus every time I see them the first thought that pops in my head is "damn that must be uncomfortable."

I'm a guy, and I've never been a fan of high heels in the slightest. I suppose there's nothing wrong wearing them to something formal... But, personally, I just don't see the appeal.

It depends on the girl. Some just have a natural way of moving that looks elegant, and high heels can actually look very classy on them. Otherwise, definitely not, since it looks like they're about to stumble any second.

OT: I find that it really depends on the girl wearing them.

If they are confident and walk steadily then yes, they are.
If the girl is sruggling to stay upright and stumbles every few seconds, then no.
