Poll: Are the polls broken?

I have seen some recent threads marked as polls, but without any poll whatsoever. I remember hearing they were broken, but I wanted to test it and... that's it.

How could I find that poll if you wouldn't have posted it here?

You can't. Apparently polls are still accessible via the thread management tools / mod tools (which also provides a convenient direct link to the poll), but the polls don't show up on the actual thread.

A bizarre bug, for sure.

It is curious to see if they will revamp this existing site architecture or go for a clean reboot, inheriting badge info and other goodies into the Escapist 2.0. Certainly hope for hosted polls again without the extra step of hitting up a mod to get the poll url for you.
