The sooner that something comes out to replace that POS MW2 the better!

Sniping is way to easy in that game, every other time I died it was because there was a sniper hiding in a tree or something, plus half the enemy team was snipers so it wasnt very enjoyable for me. I also thought the vehicles were a little tough to handle mostly the helicopters.

In the Battlefield series, sniping takes far more skill than any other game out there, other than Sniper Elite of course. I love the fact that I have to account for bullet drop; it provides a whole lot more balance against the other classes.

I love how the two posts above me are completely polar opposites of each other.

OT: Didn't try it, and probably never will. Not my type of thing.

Well, I've got some proof of just how difficult the sniping is unless you are completely still (it's amazing how often people are ).

And yeah, I suck. But right now, I'm happy with my 1.77 KDR :]

I really liked it. I played with friends and it's so much more fun than playing MW2 with friends. It has that sort of factor of 'HOLY SHIT, That was close!', and it's so much more variable than Modern Warfare's gameplay, given that you can choose an actually role-oriented class. Me and my friend ran all the way from one end of the map to the other reviving eachother and such until we blew up one of their M-Com stations. It was fantastic, and BC2 is a game I'm definitely buying.

Well I must be sniper elite because I didnt miss a single shot, and its not like I was point blank either.

Loving it. The iron sights feel more comfortable now, only 2 grenades for the noob tube, vehicles handle well enough and are fairly balanced by infantry, the defibrillation pads are fucking awesome, the knife was fixed so that you don't stay on it, enemies are now easier to kill, Destruction 2.0 is fucking awesome...

I'm reserving this game, if I manage to get out of my house. Btw, anyone know if your demo stats carry over to the real game?

Does it rape MAG? that was just a piece of shit.
from BC2 BETA experience, i'd say so.
and that was before they made a list of IMPROVEMENTS from said beta.
This game looks amazing, and i really hope it sells as well.

I have maaaany questions.

Did they fix lag? Are there servers with less than 50 ping in the list? Do servers over 100 ping still play ok? Can I shoot a moving enemy five feet away with an assault rifle in single shot mode and hit him?
How have jets been balanced? Can new players fly them? Do they have a viable counter OTHER than the useless AA missiles?
How strong are tanks against infantry? Is a single person driving one still able to machine-gun down any infantry in its path until five Anti-Tank people shoot every one of their rockets at it?
What have they done to prevent people from sitting around in spawn fighting each other over vehicles, if anything?
What have they done to prevent spawncamping?
What incentives have they provided to defend any given outpost, in order to prevent people from always charging heroically into ghost camps?

I certainly don't "hate" this game; that'd be impossible as I've never played it and don't know so much. But I'd like to know what they've learned from the mistakes of BF2.

I have nothing good to say of my experience so far in the beta.

-Spawn system is AWFUL. The majority of the time you spawn, you're already taking fire and die instantly. I'd say this was just bad luck on my part, but it happened consistently over the course of 5 or 6 matches.

-Vehicles are very overpowered, as they always are in FPS games. I understand they need to be worthwhile, but you have to RPG a tank 4 times to kill it. Meanwhile the guy is sitting on the machine gun just mowing people down in under a second from across the map.

-Controls are incredibly sluggish compared to any Call of Duty game. It feels like you're walking and aiming in quicksand or something. No prone feature, which is kinda lame.
