Do you realize that some people may disagree with any of those games being considered the best ever? In fact, I don't like any of them. I found Gears online enjoyable, but that's it.
Oh, and "best game ever" is misleading. It should read "What's your all-time favourite game?"... but then again, there must be a million threads like that.
Frankly, if a "best game" list doesn't have Curse of Monkey Island, it should be embarassed.

There should be at least 30 titles on the list. And that's only if you put whole series on it, as I consider both Diablo and Diablo 2 timeless classics. Same goes for Fallouts and Baldurs Gates.

Holy crap, I forgot about the FPS sections! I used to love this game but all I can remember, to be honest, is the electric fence right at the start.
