Poll: best series dawn of war, halo, gears of war

I'v been wondering lately whats the best series ever & i want to know your opinion.

It's kind of an odd poll, because DoW is an RTS and the other two are shooters. I personally like Dawn of War better but it depends on what you what out of each genre.

I love all three games, But I have to say DoW.

Yeah, this is a curiously mismatched list for a poll. All three feature burly dudes wot' stab fellows with bullets, but each in a different way. Even GoW and Halo are different enough in gameplay style to remove themselves from anything but a shallow comparison.

That said, if I need my fix of future based angry dudes, I'll take DoW.

I really like all three of them, but i voted for gears of war because halo's gameplay is getting old (and a cybersupersoldier in permament cover doesn't make much sense) and dawn of war's campaigns were boring.

but DoW's multiplayer is what makes it so awesome. Gears of War did do the Co-op FPS very well though.

My vote from this list is DoW 2. No challange for me with the list given, but then I generaly don't like to compare across genres.

Dawn of War is by no means a remarkable RTS in my book.
I have never really enjoyed the Halo franchise.
Gears of War... Never played it, but I doubt it set the world on fire.

Don't worry, it certainly didn't.

It did for people who had only played Halo though, because it's the first cover system they've ever seen.
