Of the four, I'd say Zoo.
Hotel is tantamount to Highrise from MW2, and is about as bad when it comes to domination, complete with near unchanging possesion of B territory all game long.
Convoy is reminiscent of Bloc from CoD4 in that you can either camp up top or flank around to kill the campers. There are thankfully more routes here than there were in Bloc to do so. Still the material for the camp spots is very different for the two sides, making one much, much easier to hold down than the other and killing the symmetry the map may have had. The B territory here is even harder to take than on Hotel.
Zoo is my favorite map, personally. There are a lot of opportunities for close quarters engagements, and the range of engagement reminds me of Chinatown from CoD4, as well as the color scheme to an extent. It works well for TDM, and has the fairest B territory in domination of the four maps, though that's not saying much.
Stockpile is my least favorite of the four, as the action just revolves around camping the center building or killing the guys camping at the center building. A well-rooted team can be nigh-impossible to evict, especially with half the entrances closeable, making them alarm systems when they are opened.
Overall, they're pretty good for TDM, and great or horrible for domination depending on whether or not you get B territory first.
The zombie map, on the other hand, fantastic in my opinion. It takes the regular zombie formula of "camp area until round 30 when the zombies become too powerful, then die" and turns it on its head. Nearly every area is workable for *kiting zombies, and the ever-present George makes sure your team doesn't get too comfortable in a single area together. It's very challenging, in the best way possible.
