Poll: Blue Suns vs Eclipse vs Blood Pack.

If you had to join one of Mass Effects merc groups which one would you join? I personally would join the Blue Suns since they seem to have the most power... (all hail the Blue Suns)

Blue Suns: Humans, Turians, Batarians
Eclipse: Humans, Asari, Salarians
Blood Pack: Krogan, Vorcha, Yagh(hopefully... bioware please for ME3?

Just think about it: Krogan and Vorcha dragging around a Yahg in chains, "hey theres Commander Shepard let loose the Yagh!" The Krogan let go of the chains or whatnot and the Yagh charges, crushing a dozen vorcha in the procces...

Blue Suns seems the most reasonable, at least it does for the first Shepard I made, my second one would most likely be an Eclipse. Between the groups, Blue Suns seems to have a better leadership; although, considering how you tear your way through most of the leading characters of each merc group in ME2, there is room for new leadership and changes along with that. Personally, I'd like to see Zaeed, suggesting he survived, to go back and lead the Blue Suns. That way my Shepard also gets a friendly merc group to help fend off Cerberus and the Reapers.

Personally I dislike them all, I don't like Blue Suns' armor color, same for Eclipse. Blood Pack looks cool but has the worst effectiveness. Technically you could say that fo rall of them. But if you forced me I would go with Eclipse, I'd feel safer with all those heavy mechs around. Personally I'd rather just sign up with Archangel, even if it means an early grave.

Off topic real quick am I the only one who thinks there should be flashback DLC where you play as Garrus in some of his vigilante missions with his team, maybe an expansion pack?

Probably eclipse. Morgan Solus is pretty badass, as is Samara.

I agree...The Yahg are just...they're nuts! Granted the Shadow Broker was an exceptionally well equipped one and the exception to what a normal Yahg fight may be like.

to answer you though: I think Eclipse are the most formidable. The Blue Suns are tough but they go down pretty quick. Their drones are kind of annoying but nothing too serious. The Blood Pack have Vorcha and Krogan which would sound formidable but the Vorcha have a bad habit of sending flame-throwing combatants in the middle of all other combatants, making them walking bombs. The Krogan are obviously tough but, not invincible. Hell, they're kind of easy to topple over.

Eclipse have Asari. I see it as this though: Eclipse have powerful biotic warriors. More annoying than the Krogan, any day any way.
