Not much really happens on Boxing Day. It's really just overspill of Christmas, and in our house it means nothing at all. I'd say it's the worst holiday of the entire year. But everyone has their own opinions. So, what is your worst holiday of the year?

EDIT: Added a 'Something Else' Option

Valentine's Day just seems... redundant to me.

I mean, shouldn't you always treat the love of your life like that? Like every day is special? God I sound corny, I need to go and drown this out with something...

Boxing Day is a holiday in the UK and quite a lot of other places, but not officially in the USA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing_Day

But I live in the UK so it's a holiday to me...

How is boxing day the worst? The boxing day test starts on boxing day, and even though I didn't go this year it's still an awsome event.

Valentines day isn't really a holiday is it? It's pretty stupid, and I dislike both the religious and consumeristic aspects of easter and christmas. My least favorite though, would probably be the melbourne cup. I don't care about some crappy horse race, and while it is fun to get drunk with mates, the excuse is flimsy at best.

Thanksgiving, as I'm in the UK so it means feck all to me.

Don't see Boxing day as a holiday really, just the day after Christmas.

Every single holiday apart from Guy Fawkes night, new years holiday and university holidays is shit. Still, a holiday is a holiday so I can't complain when I get a day off.

Eh, I guess it's not for everyone, but even if you dislike cricket I'd recommend seeing it at least once. The atmosphere and crowd are far more exciting than the game could ever hope to be.

Frankly I think pretty much EVERY celebration has just been made into an excuse for stupid capitalist companies to drain even more money from us than usual... But I find valentines day is particularly bad.
