I have been playing games since the Atari, and I gave seen many characters come and go. With sex ever increasing in games, and with photo realistic graphics, can a character be sexy?

I suppose. I woulden't form an obsession with them, but a game character can be attractive. Especially with Graphics rapidly improving.

Agreed, but there is a difference between being attractive, and being sexy. Giving a girl huge boobs and a tiny waist, can make them attractive (well to some people), but they're not exactly sexy.

Especially anime girls. They look like a school girls head on a pornstars body half of the time!

Yeah, a character in a game can be attractive for the same reason a comic book character can. Just because it's fake doesn't mean it can't be pleasent to look at. Many people considered the Mona Lisa to be quite the stunning beauty (of course I am not so closed minded that I would compare the bouncing cleavage of Mai Shiranui to a work of classic art)

And it doesn't have to be a character with body parts the size of melons or enough clothing to be sewn together to make one glove. I personally think one of the most attractive characters of all time is Princess Peach (yeah, feel free to laugh) but to me she is. They gave her a soft complexion and a sort of grace. They weren't thinking "she needs to be hotter" when they designed her. If she were real she'd be beautiful. And so would a lot of other characters

Have you heard of Lara Croft?
In my opinion the sexiest characters are the ones less obvious. Such as Nico Collard from the Broken Sword series and the chick cop in Fahrenheit (or Indigo Child).

But yeah Lara would get it!

I agree. That's why my choice is April Ryan, as said above. Nico's pretty hot too, as you say :)

I was afraid of this. In an ever-shrinking society where more and more people find themselves utterly lonely, they form attachments to video game characters. I mean, sure, I've had that thought that, "after all that s**t I went through, I better see her taking something off", but berated myself for it later, and never started writing erotic fan-fiction which is about as low as you can get. Seriously, those people'll be chumming it up with those transparent fish at the bottom of the ocean who never see a shred of sunlight.

Well of course a video game character can look attractive.

But I never find myself thinking "dang I want to have sex with her".

Why is it some people have to have a go?

Why can't I find real women and computer game women sexy? It is exactly the same as finding Angeline Jolie sexy or some other celeb, cos you have the same chance with her as you would with a character; none!

It's just a bit of mindless escapism!

A beautiful woman in a painting can be "sexy" can she not? So why not a Video Game Character? Makes perfect sense to me.

Hey, don't make fun of the fish. I'd like to see you live at the bottom of the ocean.

On a serious note, I don't think calling a video game character sexy automatically turns you into a social misanthrope.
