Personally, I'm going to be a dick and say that you can't actually compare them. Clausewitz goes into the philosophy and politics of war that generally apply regardless of era (and his writings have been open to the most ridiculous misinterpretations e.g. German General Staff WWI). However, Jomini wrote more about the finer points of prosecuting a Napoleonic-(style) war.
