Sire there is no Poll, although if there were my answer would be no, not even for Halloween but then again I'm Mexican so I don't have any real reason to celebrate Halloween, and it's not because I dislike the idea of cosplay or am ashamed to do it, it's just that I have nor the money nor time to make or buy costumes and also since I pretty much have 0 social life I don't have a place to even go cosplay so, no.
I do cosplay at a convention in my hometown, and it's fun! I tend to crossplay more though. A few years back, my friends and I did the Nerima Daikon Brothers. Our costumes may not have been the absolute best, but we caught the eye of Chris Patton (who plays Ichiro in the series).
Most people do it once a year on Halloween. It's fun, but unfortunately I'm not really artsy enough to make nice outfits or fit enough to resemble most characters.
I'm only going to cosplay when i've saved enough money to get proffessional outfits tailor made for me.

Yeah, I cosplay to every convention I go to. I'm in a cosplay group that frequents over a dozen conventions a year around California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon. It's great. =^_^=

Cosplay is difficult for me because of my body type being taller and a lil round so far I've come up with Sig Curtis (FMA), but I need to get the stuff together for it. Videogames don't really help me in this point because most body types are short/muscular or tall/skinny so unless I go cosplaying Snorlax (that ain't happening, sorry) or Big Daddy (would be nice to scare children) I have a limited number of options.
Not that I couldn't get stuff for different characters, I just like to play to my body-type.

I don't. Hell, the most dressing up I do is on Halloween, and I usually go as "Man in Cheap Mask Borrowed From More Enthusiastic Friend".
If I had the craftsmanship to make a suit of T-51b Power Armour and a Laser Rifle then I would probably just for Halloween if that counts.
I have always sort of wanted to try it out. So I don't have any problems with it. What I do have a problem with is when people try to cosplay something that they do not even remotely fit. Say Zero from Code Geass being played by a 250 lb guy. Just does not work. If people put effort into the costume and fit the character, than yes cosplay can be amazing.
