Man, there are a lot of 'craft' games out there. Blizzard seems to be churning out a lot of them lately, I can easily see Diablocraft in the future... But theres also Minecraft, a game so addicting that I spent and entire night working on a texture pack for it. Minecraft, Starcraft, Warcraft, do they really have anything in common? Is craft in their names just because it sounds good, or do they have something in common?

Craft-Life 3 would be pretty funny. I'd use a crowbar instead of a diamond pickaxe.

In the Blizzard games and Minecraft, which are really the only ones that are popular, it is all about building, aka "crafting" stuff.
That's probably why.

Craft of Duty.

Spend exciting, action packed hours assembling guns for real gun makers!
All building up to the amazing finale when you appear on Future Weapons to talk about your high-tech, death dealing creations. Will you fumble in front of the camera or pitch your weaponry to glory?

Wait, wait.
I've got an expansion pack!

Craft of Duty: Over the Beach.

Put your weapons to the test in the ultimate water resistance challenge. How will your firearms respond to being totally submerged in water?

See jaw droppingly realistic effects as you watch entire receivers explode.

well starcraft and warcraft are both rts games made by the same company. "Blizzard seems to be churning out a lot of them lately" ya 13 years for a equal to a game people still play, warcraft doesn't look like it will get a sequel thanks to WoW, and I never consider an expansion pack a new game.
Kinda being nit picky here I know.

Team Crafter 2 is just post-update TF2.
TF2 used to be about competitive play, then it was about hats, then it was about getting shiny weapons, and now it's about getting shiny weapons, hats, crates and paint AND spamming people to trade.

Atleast I got accepted to play on a Highlander Team as Demo.

Crafting in Diablo II is expensive. Diablo, a Blizzard game, is more about killing things and then finding more things to kill.

That fact may be true, but it is also completely irrelevant because Diablo doesn't have "Craft" anywhere in the title.
My post was responding to the OP's question about the games with "Craft" in it, so Diablo is left out of the conversation.
