Well everyone what do you think, is it worth a whole 50 bucks for basically the same game? I don't own however I got the chance to play it and while somethings were added I couldn't help but feel it should have been a DLC. For those who don't know about the it's Dead Rising 2 with a few added things(very few to me to justify it being 50 bucks) and now you play as Frank West instead of Chuck in a non-canon story line.

It's $39.99.

As are all 'expansion packs'. (Super Street Fighter IV, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, etc)

I love Frank West... I still won't get it because I'm in no mood for a Dead Rising game ATM, but I love Frank West, so if I was in the mood I would shell out.

Do you need the original? I like West more than Chuck and I didn't buy DR2 so this might make more sense for me.

Does it still have those bloody timed missions?

If not, I may well buy it.

Yes there are.

I was thinking about buying it stand alone as I had to sell my DR2 to pay for a new xbox when I only had it a week but but I think they should make it DLC for those that have it and a Retail for those who don't.

Yeah there's the timed missions like always.

But now there's Sandbox Mode which is just you, no time limit or objectives and thousands upon thousands of zombies.

Seriously? If that's the case, then I would get it. I'm pretty committed to the games I've pre-ordered, but I won't mind moving some of that pre-order money around if there's a sandbox mode.

Seriously.

There's also new weapons and whatnot added. As well as the main story being slightly different obviously.
