There should be an option "Yes, but only if the other person starts it"
It'd have my vote hands down.
+1.
As a side note, I take trying to convert me to your religion as "starting it".
Hahahaha!! Yes! I, too, chose
Yes but only rarely and to people I know who won't be offended much because I'm a generally nice guy.
But...
When people of *Blank* religion come to my house on a Saturday morning and start preaching to my 10 year old sister, they have officially "started it." Hey, I'm a Christian and I respect all religions but a ten year old girl? Have some decency.
Hmmm... I guess I'm
an asshole when pushed.
Heh, I choose Yes, but Rarely. Sometimes I simply don't care about the other person enough not to be an asshole[normally once they have "Started it".]
I'm of no religion, but if anything, Christianity [I've actually been called a poster boy for Christianity once, *that* was weird.], this stemmed from my dad, who used t... you don't need the history lesson anyway, continuing.
I hate it when religions do that, I hate it more when I'm at work and somebody comes in, hands me a pamphlet, starts rattling on and on about their religion while a huge cue behind them builds up [I work at BP, and I'm usually the Cashier, we only have one P.o.S [Point of Sale], so cue's build quickly], a cue normally builds up and outside of the door. I normally try to cut across them to start transitioning the sale, normally to no avail. Once they've finished, then they let me continue with transitioning their sale.
How is that caring for thy neighbour?
*Sigh*
Those are the people I hate. Normally I wait for the cue to leave and drop the pamphlet in the bin, catch me in a bad mood however(not commonly done), and I'll drop it in the bin in front of their eyes, slowly and deliberatly with a huge smile on my face.
I can be an ass-hole when provoked.
Another example of pushing it is approaching me while I'm running towards a lecture.
I've been approached 5 times over the last 3 days trying to convert me, luckily none of them while I'm in a hurry.
